Happy New Year 2020
2020 is here. We are blessed to stand at the dawn of new day. May we begin this year a clear vision and renewed vigor. There are many possibilities, but I hope we can all decide to “Do The Right Thing” in the new year. May be act of heavenly wisdom to do what is right for the collective. Maybe we can surrender selfish ambitions and work toward the greater good for all of humanity.
Proverbs 15:9 The LORD detests the way of the wicked, but he loves those who pursue righteousness.
Over the holiday I went to see Frozen II with my daughter. One of the songs touched me deeply. The title of “Do The Next Right Thing”. It made me think what if we all could push past our fears like Anna, and have the courage and faith to do the next right thing. In life we will not know the outcome, but that shouldn’t stop us from making the right choice.
To pursue righteousness means to turn away from your natural, sinful desires, and turn to Christ and His perfect and righteous ways. Through obedience to this command, God is preparing us for eternal life with Him—aligning us with our righteousness through Christ. Excerpt crosswalk.com

Hope For Brighter Days
Our greatest strength is the ability imagine brighter days ahead, and to possess the intellect to achieve them.
The 2020 Rose Parade theme “The Power of Hope,” celebrates the influence of optimism and hope. The belief that what is wanted can be attained.
I believe we can and we will move forward with God’s grand design for us. Cheers to a new year and new day.
